MODIFICATION OF MANUFACTURING A CUSTOM TRAY FOR REMOVAL OF FUNCTIONAL IMPRESSIONS OF EDENTULOUS JAWS ON

The article reflects the description of the modification method of manufacturing individual spoons and principles of functional impressions removal in patients and control group with complete loss of teeth in both jaws. A electromyografic (EMG) study of masseter and temporalis muscles in 38 patients in the comparative aspect. The obtained EMG results allow to assert that their qualitative characteristics are virtually identical to the description of the "norm". At the same time, given quantitative indicators vary significantly, and that is reflected in the improvement of the functional value of prostheses in patients of the main group a month after the prosthesis.
