Abstract

The article examines the existing methodical approaches to modeling of pathological conditions in pancreas, using the cryo-exposure on its tissue. Also the article analyzes a current concepts of pathophysiological processes underlying in local cryo-injuries of pancreas during of its experimental pathology modeling. The new concept of the role of ischemia -reperfusion injury of pancreas after cryotherapy on its tissue is proposed. Ischemic - reperfusion injury of the pancreas induced by deep cooling is considered as a trigger pathomorphological mechanism and identifying subsequent events and symptoms characteristic of acute pancreatitis.
